Refund policy

Return Policy:

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exception customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please review our return policy below:

1: Returns and Refunds:

  • We accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days from the date of receipt
  • To be eligible for return, all of your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies. 

2: No Returns or Refunds After 7 Days:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items after 7 days from the date of receipt. 
  • After the 7-day period, all sales are considered final.
  • Exceptions may be made for items with manufacturer defects or damages incurred during shipping. Please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the items to discuss any issues. 
  • Subscription boxes (excluding starter box) are not eligible for refunds; however, exchanges of activities can be discussed. Unless otherwise specified additional shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. 

3: How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return within 7-day period, please contact our customer service team at support@engagingbeyonddementia.com or (678) 723-8188 to obtain a return authorization
  • Once you have received authorization, please securely package the item and include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified 

4: Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.
